Due Diligence
We support every transaction with title searches, documentation checks and site inspections. Buyers and tenants are nevertheless encouraged to carry out independent legal and technical verification before completing a purchase or lease.
Land, Quarry & Mining Concessions
Land, quarry and mining concession transactions are subject to statutory approvals, including Lands Commission and Minerals Commission requirements. Timelines and permit outcomes depend on the relevant authorities and are outside our control.
Construction Services
Building and construction engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, specifications, milestones, payment schedule and warranty terms.
Fees & Commissions
Any agency fees, commissions or service charges are disclosed and agreed in writing before a transaction proceeds. We do not add undisclosed charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
